Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Our Commitment

Karls Group LLC is committed to ensuring that PitchFilthy is accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform and in doing so adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our accessibility standard.

These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures We Take

PitchFilthy takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • We include accessibility as part of our development and design practices
  • We use semantic HTML to support assistive technologies such as screen readers
  • We provide sufficient color contrast between text and background elements
  • We offer both light and dark display modes, which you can switch between at any time (and which is saved to your account when signed in), so you can choose the contrast that works best for you
  • We ensure interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) are keyboard navigable, including custom controls such as report filters
  • We avoid relying solely on color to convey meaning
  • We label form inputs and controls so they are identifiable by screen readers
  • We provide text alternatives for non-decorative images and icons

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, some areas of the platform present ongoing accessibility challenges we are actively working to address:

  • Interactive charts and visualizations — SVG-based pitch location charts, movement charts, and the 3D ball flight visualization may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. We are working to add descriptive text summaries of chart data as an alternative.
  • Dynamically generated reports — HTML reports generated from pitch data are rich visual documents. We are working to improve the semantic structure of generated report content.
  • PDF downloads — Downloaded PDF reports are primarily visual. Tagged PDF support is on our roadmap.

We are committed to remediating these limitations over time. If a specific feature is preventing you from completing a task, please contact us and we will work to provide the information or functionality you need through an alternative means.

Section 508

If you are accessing PitchFilthy as part of a federally funded educational institution or government agency, please be aware that we are working toward compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. If your institution requires a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or a formal accessibility assessment before use, please contact us at pitchfilthy@gmail.com and we will work with you directly.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of PitchFilthy. If you experience an accessibility barrier, please let us know:

  • Email: pitchfilthy@gmail.com
  • Subject line: Accessibility Feedback

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days. If your request requires remediation of a specific feature, we will provide you with an estimated timeline for the fix or an alternative way to access the content in the meantime.

We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will not discriminate against users who request accessibility accommodations.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you have the right to contact the relevant enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In the United States, this includes:
