Question 1

What is PitchFilthy?

Accepted Answer

PitchFilthy (also searched as "Pitch Filthy") is a baseball analytics platform that turns Trackman, Yakkertech, and Rapsodo CSV files into professional-grade reports — pitching breakdowns, hitting analysis, umpire scorecards, bullpen sessions, and 3D pitch visualization — in seconds. No spreadsheets, no formatting, no waiting.

Question 2

Is it PitchFilthy or Pitch Filthy?

Accepted Answer

Same product — the name is written PitchFilthy, one word, but many coaches search for "pitch filthy" as two words. Either spelling gets you to pitchfilthy.com.

Question 3

What tracking systems do you support?

Accepted Answer

We support CSV exports from Trackman and Yakkertech for game reports, and Rapsodo for bullpen sessions. If your system exports a CSV with standard pitch tracking columns (velocity, spin rate, break, location), it will likely work.

Question 4

What types of reports can I generate?

Accepted Answer

PitchFilthy generates six report types: Single Game Pitching Report, MLB-Style Pitching Report, Single Game Hitting Report, Bullpen Session Report, Catcher Framing Report, and Umpire Scorecard. All reports are print-ready and shareable.

Question 5

How long does it take to generate a report?

Accepted Answer

Typically under 10 seconds from upload to finished report.

Question 6

Can I download reports as a PDF?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every report has a PDF download button. Reports are formatted to print cleanly on standard letter-size paper.

Question 7

What is the 3D Pitch Visualizer?

Accepted Answer

The 3D Pitch Visualizer lets you watch each pitch type animate from the pitcher's release point to home plate in real time using your actual CSV data. You can switch camera angles, use overlay mode to compare pitch types, and slow down the animation to study movement.

Question 8

Does PitchFilthy work with Yakkertech or Rapsodo files?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For Yakkertech, data is exported from the Yakkertech portal as a CSV. For Rapsodo bullpen sessions, export the CSV from the Rapsodo app or web dashboard under your session history. Upload any of these to PitchFilthy just like a Trackman CSV.

Question 9

How do I get my Trackman CSV file after a game?

Accepted Answer

Trackman uploads game data to an FTP server after each game. Get your FTP credentials from the Trackman operator at your facility, download the free FileZilla client, connect with those credentials, download the CSV for your game, then upload it to PitchFilthy. If you do not have FTP access, ask the operator to email you the CSV directly.

Question 10

How much does PitchFilthy cost?

Accepted Answer

PitchFilthy has a Free plan (5 reports/month, no credit card), Individual at $29/mo (for players and light users), Team at $99/mo (unlimited reports and coach seats for staffs), and Facility at $149/mo (unlimited coach and player seats for training facilities).

Question 11

Can I use PitchFilthy as a player trying to get recruited?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the Individual plan is built for this. Upload your Trackman CSV from a high school or college game, generate a professional pitching report on yourself, and share it with coaches. The 3D Pitch Visualizer lets you show off your movement and arsenal.

Question 12

Is my CSV data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your uploaded files are stored securely and are only accessible to you and coaches in your organization. Player accounts can only see data explicitly assigned to them. We never sell your data.

Question 13

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel from the Settings page and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
