PitchFilthy is operated by Karls Group LLC. Running the Service means relying on a small number of established third-party providers — for hosting, the database, sign-in, payments, and email. Where those providers handle personal data on our behalf, they act as sub-processors.
Everything we use is listed below. We keep the list short deliberately: each additional service is another company holding your data.
Account records, uploaded CSV files and the pitch rows parsed from them, generated reports, development plans and their attachments, team rosters, and support requests.
Privacy terms ↗Serves the site and processes every request. Operational logs include IP address, user agent, and requested URL.

Privacy terms ↗We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketing trackers, and we do not sell personal data. The CSV files you upload and the reports generated from them are never sent to any analytics or advertising service.
If we add or replace a sub-processor, this page is updated. Customers on a Team or Facility plan who would like advance notice of changes can ask for it at nick@pitchfilthy.com, and we will email the address on the account before the change takes effect.
This page is a disclosure of the providers we rely on. It sits alongside, and does not replace, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which govern use of the Service.
