From CSV to report in seconds
Set a goal
Pick a player, a metric, and a target — average velocity, chase rate, exit velo, framing runs, and 20+ more.
Keep uploading normally
Every game and bullpen you upload feeds the plan. There is no separate data entry step.
Watch the trend
Each goal charts itself game by game, so progress is visible without anyone rebuilding a tracker.
Goals that update themselves
Progress is recalculated live from your uploaded data every time the plan is opened — never a stale snapshot somebody forgot to refresh.
30+ trackable metrics
Pitching, hitting, and catching: velocity, spin, break, whiff and chase rates, exit velo, launch angle, hard-hit rate, framing runs, shadow-zone strike rate, and more.
Filter to one pitch type
Target a specific pitch — "raise slider whiff rate" or "add depth to the changeup" — instead of a whole-arsenal average that hides the thing you are working on.
Drills, video, and notes
Attach drill sheets, video, spreadsheets, or photos to a shared development file the player can actually follow, and reorder it as priorities change.
Most development plans die by mid-season
Not because coaches stop caring, but because maintaining them is manual. Somebody built a spreadsheet in the fall, updated it faithfully through the first month, and then the season got busy. By April nobody has touched it and nobody trusts what is in it. The plan quietly stops existing while everyone is still nominally following it.
The fix is removing the maintenance step entirely. If a goal is defined as a metric and a target, and the metric can be computed from files you already upload after every game, then the plan updates itself as a side effect of work you were doing anyway. Nobody has to remember anything, and the numbers cannot drift out of date.
Being able to filter a goal to one pitch type is what makes it coachable rather than decorative. "Improve whiff rate" is not an instruction anyone can act on. "Raise slider whiff rate from 22% to 30%" is a specific target, attached to a specific pitch, with a specific practice plan behind it — and the trend line tells you within a few outings whether the change is taking.
The development file is where the plan becomes something a player uses instead of something a coach owns. Drill sheets, bullpen video, notes after an outing — all attached in one place, in an order the coach controls, visible to the player in their own account. On Team and Facility plans, players sign in and see their own plan and their own reports, and nothing belonging to anyone else.
Common questions
How does progress get tracked without manual entry?
A goal is a metric plus a target. Every time you upload a game or bullpen, that file feeds the calculation, so opening a plan recomputes progress from everything on record. There is no separate tracker to update — uploading is the only step.
What can I set a goal on?
More than thirty metrics across pitching, hitting, and catching — average and max velocity, spin rate, induced vertical and horizontal break, extension, whiff/chase/zone/strike rates, strikeouts and walks, exit velocity, launch angle, hard-hit and batted-ball rates, framing runs, shadow-zone strike rate, and edge strike rate.
Can a goal target one specific pitch?
Yes — most metrics accept a pitch-type filter, so you can track slider whiff rate or changeup movement rather than an arsenal-wide average. Catching goals can be filtered by pitch type too, which is how you find out a catcher receives fastballs well but leaks breaking balls.
Do players see their own plans?
On Team and Facility plans, yes. Each player gets an account showing their assigned reports, their own stats, and their development plan with any attached drills or video. They cannot see other players’ data or coaching tools.
What can I attach to a plan?
Video, photos, PDF drill sheets, and Excel or CSV files, each with an optional custom name. Entries can be reordered so the plan reads in the sequence you intend rather than by upload date.
Do goals count old games from before I created the plan?
Yes. Progress is calculated from every game on record for that player, so a goal set today already shows the history behind it — you do not need to re-upload anything.
Which plans include development plans?
Team and Facility, since they require organization accounts with coaches and players. The free and Individual plans cover report generation only.
